Obviously someone reads MSE - they are all right way up now.
I can never understand why anyone marketing a property (be it for sale or rent) doesnt scrutinise the EA details with a fine toothcomb. I proof-read mine twice and had wording changed/photos changed/etc when selling last house.0 -
