I've often complained that you simply don't have enough front doors. I like this idea of keeping one in the livingroom, just so you can swap them around occasionally.0 -
It's a flat in a building for the over 60's. Picture 2 is the communal lounge, so it's not part of the flat.0 -
hi I have been looking for properties in the 350k range 2 beds commuting distance from London. Have been looking at Bromley/Beckenham but these areas go for much more. South Croydon is also 350k+ and new builds in this area are 400k+.

I work near South Croydon, some roads are lovely some aren't. I would look from the outside, then decide. Also parking can be tricky, I would check out the parking. Otherwise flat seems fine and nice layout.0
