Cashbackproblems, £350k is tight but would definitely get you a reasonably nice 2 bed in Beckenham, especially since friends tell me the market has either become static or a tad down.

I have been looking in Beckenham around the station for 12 months, all in the 340-380k region and offering 350-360k hasn't got me anywhere (offered on 5 places!!) its either gone to cash buyer to gone much above asking
As of now there is nothing in this range, all new stuff comes on the 380k+ if in decent condition/near station which is out my budget. But I agree the market has not thankfully taken off this year, but still not decreases.0 -

Have you tried Hackbridge or Wallington ? they are cheaper, 2 beds flats for under 300k0 -
