I've often complained that you simply don't have enough front doors. I like this idea of keeping one in the livingroom, just so you can swap them around occasionally.

Cashbackproblems, £350k is tight but would definitely get you a reasonably nice 2 bed in Beckenham, especially since friends tell me the market has either become static or a tad down.0
