I think you'd be better off starting a thread of your own on why you can't sell your house: you will get a lot more replies than you will here. You will need to be thick skinned though and accept that people will challenge your views.
Still, I've written some comments in line for you.Needs a new kitchen. The tiles on the kitchen wall are a horrible colour next to the units. Wooden units look dated and worn.Back garden is in shadow for most of the day if the patio chairs and patio are at the far end away from the house. It isn't a detached house it is a semi joined at the garages. Link detached means semi.No mention of the garage in the description & no floorplan. I'd hazard a guess that the second lounge is/was the garage.
The second lounge *was* the garage, but the garage front is still there as a store/shed.
I agree with others: you need a floor plan. Personally, I wouldn't sell a place without one. I'm sure that many houses that may have been ideal for me to purchase have been passed by on Rightmove because they didn't have one. I don't care what the agents say - tell them to get off their lazy backsides and create one.
Nobody on that estate puts cars in the garage. First: I put my car in a garage and I don't give a tinker's cuss that no one else does. Second: It is highly unlikely that the person buying your house already lives on the estate. So why would they want to be bound by "estate rules"? Third: knowing that "nobody...puts cars in the garage" would make me wonder about how easy parking is, how cluttered the street scene is and would be a major red flag for me.
The house does have extra space via a conservatory and a second reception, and is competitively priced compared to, say, http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-57798377.html
Sorry, but I disagree: That house looks much better than yours. It may be all in the way the listing is done, in which case you should change agents as it is under offer and their agent knows how to sell better, but it is also properly detached and looks altogether more "liveable" in.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Build on it - old graveyards can be built on, but bodies would need to be exhumed and reburied at another cemetry.0 -

Especially as this is a thread where people usually link up some laughably horrendous houses, so this one is in danger of becoming guilty by association!
(looked fine to me, including the kitchen)

Tom Baker deliberately bought a house overlooking his grave plot, so he could contemplate and reflect on where he was going to end up... so maybe this is a chance to get hold of the plot!0 -
