Pics 3 and 11, that's a LOT of bananas. Pic 4 doesn't really show the bedroom off very well.
Maybe the current owner is a gibbon? I daresay the neighbours won't be sorry to see the back of that music system...0 -

Just so long as you don't write it on the fruit...

Picture 5: I mean c'mon, at least pick up the chairs before you take a photo, even the cat can't believe it.

By the way 580k for that is astonishing!!0 -
Needs a new kitchen. The tiles on the kitchen wall are a horrible colour next to the units. Wooden units look dated and worn.
It does- but it's priced at 20k cheaper than anything else on the estate, partly to reflect that.Back garden is in shadow for most of the day if the patio chairs and patio are at the far end away from the house.
No it isn't. That's just where they are.It isn't a detached house it is a semi joined at the garages. Link detached means semi.
It's a link detached and it says it's link detached? No mention of the garage in the description & no floorplan. I'd hazard a guess that the second lounge is/was the garage.
Nowhere local does floorpans for 'standard' house layouts.
The second lounge *was* the garage, but the garage front is still there as a store/shed.
Nobody on that estate puts cars in the garage.
The house does have extra space via a conservatory and a second reception, and is competitively priced compared to, say, http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-57798377.html0 -
I like that . Shame there's not more photos or a floor plan0 -
So why ask...
If you don't believe there are any issues! I'm confused.0 -

Is this your house by any chance ?
If it is, I think it's nice. Nothing wrong with listing. Could do with a floor plan and extra photos though0
