It does- but it's priced at 20k cheaper than anything else on the estate, partly to reflect that.

Nowhere local does floorpans for 'standard' house layouts.

The second lounge *was* the garage, but the garage front is still there as a store/shed.

Nobody on that estate puts cars in the garage.

The house does have extra space via a conservatory and a second reception, and is competitively priced compared to, say, http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-57798377.html

If it is, I think it's nice. Nothing wrong with listing. Could do with a floor plan and extra photos though
