Not only is it gibberish (Llandudno has great bone structure?!?) but it seems far too good to be true...

Crowdfunding - except if I joined a crowdfunding scheme for a hotel I'd expect to be able to have occasional use of my room!

My money's on scam.
The MD has no background at all in property but was previously in 'media'...

One of the Manchester properties is likely to be compulsory-purchased, and this is not mentioned on the website - although, to be fair, they did tell me when I asked why it was unmortgageable.
