Lots of over enthusiastic photo taking:- Is a close up of the (admittedly private) lift button really necessary (photo 7), especially when the previous photo shows the lift?
- 12 & 13 attempts at 'arty' shots
- 30 is an odd one, doesn't really say £1m+ property...
- Another unnecessary close up, this time of the sink (32), again in the previous photo this is included!
The basins in pic 27 look like dog food bowls:rotfl:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Definitely cat beds (or possibly for small dogs) - I think there might actually be a cat on the one on the right, but if there is it's the same colour as the wood of the bed so it's hard to tell! I gave up on buying posh beds for my cats...they ignore them and take up two thirds of the sofa anyway.0 -

The bed isn't made up and the computer stuff is old, so my bet is that daughter has flown the nest.0 -

Aaaaaah.
There's not much development potential either; that bookcase looks as if it's been built right up to the boundary and there's an electric sub-station to the left of the property, behind the easy chair.
Not for me, I'm afraid!0
