Lots of over enthusiastic photo taking:- Is a close up of the (admittedly private) lift button really necessary (photo 7), especially when the previous photo shows the lift?
- 12 & 13 attempts at 'arty' shots
- 30 is an odd one, doesn't really say £1m+ property...
- Another unnecessary close up, this time of the sink (32), again in the previous photo this is included!

I think it looks horrible actually - apart from maybe the balcony. I don't think the interior reflects the outside of the building at all, it looks more like office type accommodation & furnishings. If I had £1m+ to splash out on a property, it wouldn't be going on this one!0 -

Why wallpaper panels on the door in pic 4?
Yuk, cooking fat stains on wall and ceiling, pic 5. I can smell the fat from just looking at the photo.

Whereas the rest of the house hasn't been touched/had a single new purchase since the 1970s. That's puzzling me - as houses that haven't been touched since the owner moved in are basically normally 1980s now (ie the owner got it together when they first moved in and didn't do anything since - and has now just died).Grandchild sleeping over?
I just think it's sad, you just know the child who lives in that house, or stays there has no chance in life. And is most probably massively obese.
Sweeping Assumptions!:money:"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -
