See a lot worse where absolutely no thought has gone into it. At least its all in keeping with the style/age of the house with a modern twist.Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

It works, because it's been very carefully executed by someone who knows what theyre doing.
It's also a super "Spot the dogs!"0 -
Ive often wondered what sort of decor would go with that kind of standard lamp (pic 3). I tended to think it would be ghastly and now I know I was right.0

The place well be an untidy mess, but the agent is being very unprofessional in the way the former tenants are described.
Regardless of the need for eviction, the persons living there could quite easily have been unwell mentally, have substance misuse issues, alcohol dependency and not being given proper support.
It's all very well being descriptive of the property, but not those who were living there.

Leave the furniture, paint everything white and I'd love it :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

That's exactly what I thought. In the locality the people concerned could be easily identified. People in a grim flat, being evicted, are hardly likely to be jolly and accepting of their lot.
I certainly wouldn't wish to have any business with that agency if those are the sorts of comments being publicly posted by their employees.0 -
This would be an amazing project for someone who had the money

And were they the cause of the "grim"-ness or did the landlords feel unable to get their act together to have work done to remedy mould or whatever else needed to be done?0 -

I'm usually fairly conservative with what I like but for some reason this house really does it for me! Fantastic0
