It is lovely, but does seem very expensive for the location and the accommodation available. I think the hobbit house with underground cavern was much better value for money :cool:

This one seems to have been on the market since about 2011 with at least 3 different estate agents - if you look on the street view there is a sign up for another estate agent. Not sure how to post a link to the direct street view of the house.

It doesn't really look *that* bad, does it? I reckon if the distraught owners had paid someone to do a clear up it wouldn't have taken that long & they'd have been quids in.

I wonder if the estate agent was selling it to a mate and trying to put off any other interest...

Apparently it went for £15k over the asking price, so maybe not!
