It is lovely, but does seem very expensive for the location and the accommodation available. I think the hobbit house with underground cavern was much better value for money :cool:
This one seems to have been on the market since about 2011 with at least 3 different estate agents - if you look on the street view there is a sign up for another estate agent. Not sure how to post a link to the direct street view of the house.

Apparently it went for £15k over the asking price, so maybe not!0
