Yep, nice house once you get rid of all the carp in there. Really decent sized garden.

Yep, even to me it seems reasonably priced. Should have tidied it up a bit before marketing it though, so there must be a story behind the rush to sell?

I suppose every house has its period, just never thought there was a demand for this one!

So it has a "low maintenance rear garden". Here that means "paving and gravel and planters with no growing medium in them" but they couldn't even be bothered to remove the couple of weeds valiantly struggling through the gaps between the paving slabs.

Yes, I'd believe Connells would make the interior of a shed a feature to photograph.

Personally, I'm slightly concerned with the thickness of the bathroom walls, which look every bit as dodgy as that ceiling, but in a different way.
