This house even comes with diggers in the garden. Every room is a mess. To be fair, it's a very decent part of town and once improved (significantly), would be a great home:

300K for that!? :eek:0 -
It's the South East, within 20 miles of the M25 and it's a desirable part of that town. Hence the price level.
Yep, nice house once you get rid of all the carp in there. Really decent sized garden.
On the right had side of the RM webpage:Properties sold nearby:
21 Nov 2014
26 Regent Road, HP21 £327,000
14 Aug 2014
28 Regent Road, HP21 £350,000
14 Nov 2013
36 Regent Road, HP21 £328,000
So if similar houses were going for 350k in 2014, potentially you're looking at 390k+ after renovation (based on postcode).0 -

Period property anyone?

I suppose every house has its period, just never thought there was a demand for this one!
So it has a "low maintenance rear garden". Here that means "paving and gravel and planters with no growing medium in them" but they couldn't even be bothered to remove the couple of weeds valiantly struggling through the gaps between the paving slabs.0 -
I think with the look of the ceiling on Picture 5 the bedspread is very appropriate:

Personally, I'm slightly concerned with the thickness of the bathroom walls, which look every bit as dodgy as that ceiling, but in a different way.0 -
Amazing outside, what have they done to the inside?

The bedroom is something else.0
