The Doom I referred to would mean some people losing their jobs & homes.
Yes, my kids would probably be pleased. I said so. Their jobs are fairly recession-proof. Not everyone, especially those clinging-on by their fingernails, is so well-placed.0 -

This house even comes with diggers in the garden. Every room is a mess. To be fair, it's a very decent part of town and once improved (significantly), would be a great home:
