Not 100% clear what you think the thread is for? Someone posted about a house being over-priced, I posted a link to the Telegraph predicting property to get cheaper.0 -
Crashy hasn't misunderstood anything. People like him (it's always a him!) just enjoy spreading the word of imminent doom wherever they can.
Anyway, it's all good. If house prices fall, my kids will be pleased.
So your kids being able to afford a home of their own is classed under "Doom"? I would think "Joy" would be more suitable.0
