Pro-tips: 1) Buyers love it when your photos make them think their eyes have gone funny. 2) Be sure to slip in a photo of your rail/bannerless stairs to attract those who have a deathwish. 3) Remember to leave the toilet seat up!

(I also found the mini-toilet next to the actual toilet inexplicably funny. I think it's a brush holder. It doesn't have the loo seat down either.)
Do you think people get excited when we post these and their Zoopla page view count suddenly jumps up? I almost feel guilty.
I love the fridge freezer in the living room in pic 2.
Edit: it may be a cupboard but it looks like a fridge freezer.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I used to live near here. In fact the side alley leads to the back gardens of a row of houses, one of which I lived in.
Locals hate it. Incredibly out of character with the nicely presented terraces on Thoday Street. Scandalously priced.0 -

It was only built this year, that might be for the house itself. The studio is in the back garden of the house. The house is a bit dog-eared and rented out to students so £280k wouldn't surprise me.0 -

That's going to take a few base coats...
I quite like the green wall, though, and the grey tiles. Otherwise, crack out the roller.
It could be a beautiful flat, I really like the actual kitchen and the bookshelf in the living room, and it's in a nice development. Reckon they've knocked a few grand off it by not repainting before putting it on the market. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
