Our present house was bad, perhaps not quite as bad, but the previous owner smoked 80 day in the place. Anyhow it was completely stripped back and refurbished. Looks like new now. These older houses have character and need someone to take a chance on them.

I used to live near here. In fact the side alley leads to the back gardens of a row of houses, one of which I lived in.
Locals hate it. Incredibly out of character with the nicely presented terraces on Thoday Street. Scandalously priced.0
