I think the EA is a little jealous of the home cinema and lighting in the room, had to take it three times and found a spot a cat (very difficult to spot)

EA definitely taken with the home cinema and mentions it in the details, but presumably that would go with the occupants anyway.

That's a nice house and it seems so cheap to me.:) It's unfair how much further your money goes up North.

There is a stange levation on that house with cinema. On picture 1 verses 17, the back garden must have some incline. The three stories to front and two to rear, the difference in height between the neighbours house is strange. The positioning of the house three stories to front and two to rear is odd, there a basement for one reason, blocking off light to increase value?

It looks, to me, like a hoarder's house that has been stripped out to expose the filth and mould lurking under the rubbish.
