No idea about the price, but the thing that jumped out at me was the folly of putting granite worktops into a cheap kitchen.
Thing that jumped out at me was the dining room colour 'scheme' - sunglasses required :rotfl:
Same with the second house, although I did like the rug they had in there.0 -

it's a really nice house in the later pictures, but the red flooring- did they get a job lot. Updating the flooring would make such a difference.0 -

I probably thought something like, "Don't like red, lime green in t'other one would go in a week, the leopard skin is fun!" etc, but after looking at so many houses, I just home in on things that would cost serious money to replace, or worse, things that can't be changed.
I'd have to rip the kitchen out. It's naff, and I can't understand why a house that size with a utility room has the washing machine in there.
But much worse, it's a nice house, but on a corner with little privacy, though the agent has done a good job of making the outside appear secluded.0 -
