Looks like a nice spacious place - I really don't like the room divider thingie in the kitchen / dining room though - I'm guessing it's a prized feature, due to the number of photos of it :rotfl:

Guess the garage is doored at both ends because otherwise there is no outside access to the rear garden. Quite a practical solution to the problem actually ...

Are you sure your not buying one of the flats in the block, the pic is done by the EA after all, they use all sorts to make you see more than there really is.

Nice in theory, and assuming you keep a nice tidy garage with space to drive through :A.

In my world we would have so much stuff in the way, that to get anything through you would have to open the back doors - empty half the contents of the garage onto the back lawn, drive through then pile all the stuff back into the garage :mad: ... never gonna happen!

No idea about the price, but the thing that jumped out at me was the folly of putting granite worktops into a cheap kitchen.
