I'm quite impressed that they haven't even tried to landscape the outside. For 15m you'd expect at least a bit of turf. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Not only is it seriously over the top, the fact it is built with a mega amount of reinforced concrete and on top of a hill suggests that it will be ringfenced by security men in black suits with walkie talkies James Bond style.
Or maybe I just have an over-active imagination.
Interesting ceiling though.

I've no idea how to 'value' such a place, but why anyone has a dream of escaping to the temptations presented to us by tv, in the UK or abroad progs, let alone this sort of potential ...luxury....I'm missing something somewhere!!

Yep the sky is photoshpped. They have paid Connells extra for their premium package - photos by a professional, with 4 tweaked photos and premium listing on Rightmove!0 -
i would have put that money into a few cans of white paint and some throws to modernize the place. bet they would have got more with a little more invested in paint and normal light fittings. the premium package shows off the Technicolor feeling like 1950's movie- dating the place more.0

This one is described as a "real 'blank canvass'" (sic)...

I am clearly missing something because I don't understand how stripping everything out of it and demolishing an annex adds £17k in value

Be fair- they did paint the front door a different colour?0 -
