As in, someone needed to tell them why a strange man might appear on their land at some point and what his address was (so that you could tell him arrangement was terminated or was fine - depending on your pov), but...yep...no dealbreaker...even from my pov (which would be = I want to know how to contact him to tell him the deal is off come the end of the year).0
