There are houses looking like this about half a mile from me - but they don't have the box window downstairs and they were built in 1976/7. One of my colleagues lives in one and moved in 7-8 years ago with that colour bathroom suite.

Yours for just over a million... really ugly house in the first place that is not improved by the charming columns by the front door and garage. And is also just round the corner from where the A1 and North Circular cross one another!:p
