It's bad enough the agent damming it with faint praise with such 'sock it to me' phrases as: "much wider than average house".
Then we see that the bedroom in pic 7 has serious issues with the ceiling, & headboard colour.
The final nail is the property's excessive distance from B&Q.

One of them I have never seen before; & it's not the one featuring vomit red.
Interesting white goods placements in pic 8.

A 'villa', featuring both a cave &, it is alleged, a conservatory.
The conservatory appears to have been mislaid for the moment, but does it, (or the point of physical existence), really matter at this price?
