One thing you don't tend to see in Branksome Park is people walking. I stayed there for a few weeks in the 1980s and saw only a couple of people besides myself on foot. Even then, there were many gated developments.
The area had many old hotels which struggled to keep going. My guess is that many of them were bought relatively cheaply, demolished and properties like that, or blocks of flats, built in their place.
So I'd like to walk around all day with a scraggy ruck sack on my back, looking dishevelled and sit on a wall to eat my butties & crisps, and swig a bottle of cider, taking some photo's of the houses........would I be arrested????:j0 -

Sorry, no bonus points for imagining what is on the toilet roll holder; assuming a toilet can be found.0 -

If she is thinking of selling - some advice, put all Hello Kitty stuff into storage and get some neutral decor stuff.
Otherwise it will not sell.

Couple's rural home has been on the market for 10 YEARS 'because buyers are put off by lack of mobile signal and slow broadband'
Housing experts said they are baffled by the lack of a buyer for the house - which at times has been priced as low as £163,000.
Yep, that's very low for Wales!
