I know this is no a sale its a rental, but do you think the photos are slightly odd, the close ups of the bed covers and washing machines, and fire place totally pointless

Very strange choice of photos. It's as if they've zoomed in without realising.0 -

I agree, the current tenants will be taking the bedding!!!
"There is a garage to the side of the property, but is currently being used by the Landlord. Space for at least three cars on the front elevation of the house."
That sentence wouldn't inspire me to rent it, if I did have 2 or more cars.
When the landlord arrives and demands the cars are moved in order to remove his goods from the garage....or he/she decides to empty or fill the garage at 6am or 11pm..........:j0 -

Poor goats!!!
A long & exciting summer with full bellies from all the luscious grass around dilapidated empty homes, the local unemployed acting as Nannies for the Nanny Goats-so they can carry on eating & getting nice & plump and don't need to bother looking after their babies much.....what a lovely life.......and then after they have served a purpose........
"At the end of the summer, Mr. Spitznagel said, he will sell the goats to Detroit butchers and give the proceeds back to the community""
I'm not a vegetarian, although have never eaten goat or wish to either, but I do have a pang of sympathy though for those well fed goats.;):j0 -

Not exactly the A38, though, and the garden looks large and interesting. Good sized shed, a few garden chairs, barbecue ....sorted.
The main concern in Exebridge is the river, but this one might just be OK.0 -
Yep and it has recently been damaged by a vehicle going into it by the looks of the boarded up wall. :eek:0

One bedroom & the dears include primary school details.
Far better to indicate the income from the tolls.0 -

The house next door to a relative is rented out but the landlord keeps the garage. He is there almost every day swapping cars and tinkering on. I just wouldn't feel comfortable renting somewhere like that with the landlord hanging around all the time watching me.0
