Although I suppose the price of the shocker reflects the very long back garden.
Knock the place down, and build 2 houses on the plot?
:T
Location, location, location. The latter is an ex-council house opposite a school, the former on a private street and looks quiet.
Any bets the former is let :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Yes, had a look at street view, road looks quite wide too, although there are other dilapidated properties on that street too, next door to the right doesn't look too brilliant - but that's first appearance only.:j0 -
All the rooms are the standard colour that the house was when bought. All except one...

Is that a householders definition of showing your age here? In that, I can recall when a bathroom like that would have been deemed "luxury" (whoo...bidet...there's posh for instance). Now, I'd be exactly the same and think "1970s = rip it all out at once".0 -

Not sure what I love the most... although I am drawn to the full size Freddie Mercury peeking from behind the wardrobe (at least I think it's him!)
A house that is lived in but perhaps not bathed in?0 -
Looks nice from all the pictures right?
Check out the map and street view to see the downside.

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
It looks b***dy noisy! A far cry from the peaceful estate agent photos , thats why. LOL0
