Don't know if I'd like to be there at night on my own, would be a bit worried if I had a knock on the door!
Also looks like an ideal road for boy racers.:j0 -

Exactly! It's a very busy road, and the house is all on it's own. The road was reconfigured a couple of years ago, and the house used to sit about 30 yards away from the road back then.0 -

Great mixtures/clashes of wallpaper here, is it a blind in the kitchen that's not starting at the top of the window?
Immediate thought was a flat screen TV, but not with the holes across the bottom!
it may well be a repossession but if that is all the EA can do for "kerb appeal" they get 0/10 in my book0 -
Just discovered this thread and lost a lot of time clicking through, while having a lot of giggles!

Not sure what I love the most... although I am drawn to the full size Freddie Mercury peeking from behind the wardrobe (at least I think it's him!)
Round my way I understood that style of property to be immediate post war "temporary" homes built for those bombed out to live in before they went back whence they came. So looks like the "finishing off" has taken some time already0 -

The recent re-routing that bypassed the old hairpin starts about 300 yards south of this house. Unusually you can see both the original route and the new one on Google Maps - On the map on Zoopla, click on "hybrid" and zoom in a bit. The labels (ie the map view) show the new route overlaid on the aerial view which shows the old route as it has not been updated since it was changed.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
