there used to be a reg that said - a washbasin and 2 doorways between a bathroom and a kitchen.. but when we joined the EU this was no longer needed (thats my understanding anyway!)
My understanding is that as long as there's a wash basin as well as a loo in a room directly adjoining a kitchen, it will meet building regs......Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
Over £40,000 mis-sold PPI reclaimed0 -

To help a partially-sighted person to locate the washing lines?
To help a sighted but poorly mobile person take rests when out in the garden?
Because the kids went out and played a game with 'bases?'0 -

I thought of a game of rounder's when I first saw that.
Lot of washing out there, 2 lines full, and a wily if more space needed.
I would have bought/or made a couple of clothes props myself!:j0 -
