    Debt-free and Proud!
You'd have thought they'd have tidied up a bit in pic 4! Teenagers room perhaps?! :D
Although judging by the other pics it could be student digs.......

They have a bedroom off the kitchen! You know, like you do!
Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.

Spotted those blinds in picture 6 and now feeling bit confused, as blinds like that are a bit of a tell-tale of an older person being the occupier and yet some of the stuff is more modern-style (eg tv and fire).

Can you guess that I hate those type of blinds and one of the first things I did was remove them from the house I just bought?:rotfl:

Think overall it probably is an older owner and therefore chances are there's a fair size amount of old-fashioned workmanship in that house needing updating.

OMG! I'm obviously old, cos I've got those blinds through my house......:rotfl:

  • Wow, bizarre, is that the "peeping tom" effect.:rotfl:

Like you do when you are that determined to apparently have a 3rd bedroom that you nick a bit off Bedroom 1 to turn into a bathroom, so that you can turn the original bathroom into a "bedroom off a kitchen"....

Am guessing is a student house. Say another £70+ per week. Doesn't seem so daft now ;).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

The 4-bed detached I bought in 1989 had them in every room. I hate them too. Gradually replaced the lot. When I sold the first thing the new owner did was put them up at every window again :D

They just make me think I'm in an office.

Maybe it's so they can have the door open but keep the dog out.
