Have you ever thought about stacking 2 mobile homes on top of each other and charging £1m+ for it?

    Wonder no more

They look a bit like a posh Butlins chalet from the outside. The inside is boringly minimalist too and not very nice at all.

They're only commanding that price due to the location and views, otherwise no-one would even give it a second glance.

Residents of Shitterton and Crapstone have no such problems., but then, they're desirable locations. ;)

A lot of people happen to like minimalist, of which I'm one.

I agree with your comments about the location and views. Of that asking price I reckon well over half of it is because of where the monstrosity is located, not what it is.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Reminds me of the two vans I spotted parked side-by-side in the builders merchant car park on Monday - Messers 'Biggs' was right next to 'C**k and Son' (yep, as in rhymes with sock, not cox!) :rotfl: No kidding, I only wish I'd taken a pic :D

Any guesses as to why this place has been on the market now for 2 years?! :O

Looks quite decent, though the roof on the extension maybe needs replacing?

Smack on the kids' route on foot to the local comp would be one negative. Also, while there's no vehicle access, parents will dump them here, likely causing some problems morning & afternoon.

Edit: Read the last part of agents' description: 'non-traditional construction.' Explains almost everything.

Cheers Dave, I noticed that but couldn't see anything non traditional apart from the extension (which looks good apart from the roof) and the porch... wasn't sure if it was still worth a punt, but I'm guessing not
