Looks like the seller was caught off-guard when hoovering the living room & cleaning the house after a heavy night on the booze lol.

my bet is as follows
1) there was a car parked outside the house, covered up with a thumb, EA's dont like putting pictures of cars up, especially if they are not the vendors. and the EA didnt have photoshop.
2) and its a rented house, tenants couldnt care less if the house is well presented, and EA is not going to run around after them, and is not allowed to anyway, its not thier or thier clients stuff, its the tenants.0 -

Have you ever thought about stacking 2 mobile homes on top of each other and charging £1m+ for it?
Wonder no more

Bought for £290k in 2007 and "built to the vendor's specifications". i.e. knocked down the old house and built this monstrosity. I can't imagine anyone wanting it for £1.25 million or any price, really. I think it's vile.0

Something tells me the estate agent likes to think they're a dab hand at photography - the duck one cracked me up0 -
If I was the vendor I'd be furious about those pics. I wonder how much they are selling that biscuit-jar for? And what is hiding behind that screen in pic 12?
That seems a heck of a price for a substantial property with just a back-yard and no garden. What sort of family would be wanting a four double-bedroomed house with three reception rooms with just a yard?0 -
Price dropped by 60 odd percent!
Ok so its bl00dy awful and massively overpriced, but still, thats some reduction on the asking price!
