Painted wall by a shower (with no curtain) over bath. Plus the chances are the paint isn't bathroom paint. Both Dulux and Crown don't do a chocolate brown bathroom paint. The wall should be tiled. In fact that bathroom lacks any tiles0 -
Wow!
I recommend pic 4 and pic 7 to make you weep in your semi-detached-suburban!
And all yours for less than a bed-sit in a city!

2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet for 13 bedrooms. Not enough. Could make one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor into a bathroom.0 -

6 bedroom detached house for sale in Oak Road, Tiptree, Colchester, Essex, CO5
This made me laugh, in picture 3 they have a kitchen table with a bin next to the chairs.:rotfl:Why would anyone put it there?0 -

That seems a heck of a price for a substantial property with just a back-yard and no garden. What sort of family would be wanting a four double-bedroomed house with three reception rooms with just a yard?
I'm seeing a 7 bed student let...They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

You don't have to have tiles in a bathroom. You can get waterproof "sheeting" these days, which I suspect that wall is. Easier to wipe clean. No joins. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
