As someone who knows a thing or two about gardens, nothing jumps out as being terribly difficult there. What do you mean?0

I think it's what was known as primrose yellow. The bathroom in my first owned flat was that colour, with grey wall tiles. I put up yellow/white/silver zig-zag pattern wallpaper and loved it. Then again, I don't have the hatred of coloured suites that a lot of people seem to have. The flat I grew up in had avocado and my first rented flat had turquoise.
I would draw the line at red though - I used to work with someone who had a red suite put in and had it ripped out a few days after she took her first bath. She said it was like taking a bath in a pool of her own blood!!
I think you're right - primrose yellow does sound familiar
We once stayed in a Spanish apartment that had a horrendous circular bright red sunken bath - DS (aged about 8) loved it Mortgage-free for fourteen years! Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Ooh that's not too far from us.....
Garden wouldn't put me off, and I reckon there's a cracking view of open countryside over the back fence
Oh and while I was on there, my smutty side popped up:

Few would expect the garden that goes with this unassuming terraced house:

But how did they do it? There's no mention of a rear entrance, though it appears there was waste land behind when the last aerial photo was taken.
 Pity about the A477....:(0

How weird - i've heard of over 55's developments but not a maximum age one! Are you forced to sell up once you hit the magic age??0
