As someone who knows a thing or two about gardens, nothing jumps out as being terribly difficult there. What do you mean?

I think you're right - primrose yellow does sound familiar

We once stayed in a Spanish apartment that had a horrendous circular bright red sunken bath - DS (aged about 8) loved it

I love a garden that's a blank canvas like that one. I would really enjoy putting together a design for it.

Garden wouldn't put me off, and I reckon there's a cracking view of open countryside over the back fence
