    Having just put our house on the market I think I may need to avoid this thread for some time:D

    It does look like it, doesn't it? I confess I hadn't spotted that one - it's too well camouflaged against the paving stones ;) - I saw the grey one hiding behind a pot in pic 15.

    In that case, it makes mine look better value! :D

    However, I have neighbours. I think that having at least one neighbour, far from being an entirely negative point, enhances security in country places. ;)

    Just goes to show I don't know the area, lol - something of that size with that amount of land would be closer to half a million round here ;)

    Correction, 4 acres that have a nature reserve clause on them so you can't put them to use either.
