Afternoon all
Only just got home as I took hubby to work today, I had a mooch round Festival Place & spent £8. Then I had a wander round St Michaels churchyard, Church Square etc, much more fun than shopping, lol. We nearly had an accident on the way to Basingstoke, some idiot driving too fast in the wrong lane, round a roundabout, large coffee in one hand, mobile phone in the other, I was forced off the road & had to pay an unexpected visit along a road & didn't want, lol.
Good luck to all those getting married, hugs to anyone in need, I seriously considering getting a dog to help with my panic attacks, probably better than prozac.
Hugs Hester

I know my two really help me when Im feeling panicky. They are so comforting and loyal. Hugs regarding the incident. What a plonker driver:mad:I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Afternoon all
JackieG - hope today went well, and Dazi hope tomorrow is good!
I've had a fantastic daywe took the work kids abseiling in the Gower. It was a bit of walk with all the kit but the view was amazing
My vertigo did play up a bit as it was walking up/down hill and on cliffs. I couldn't take part due to vertigo but I watched from the bottom whilst catching a tan
they all really enjoyed themselves and we stopped for ice cream on way home.
I have next week off work :j. I am moving house tomorrow  still got stuff to pack which I'll do tonight. My mum and nan are helping tomorrow but can't really lift so they will pack up my food cupboards etc.
OS wise - may hoover, I'm meant to have LO curry for tea but it's a bit too warm for curry. Not sure what else to eat though.
I may well be MIA over next week as not sure when internet is connected in new place
Have a good day all
