I am holding on for when Nintendo give the word and flood the shops for Xmas.
What benefit would Nintento get from this? There is nothing for them to gain in doing so.The only people benefitting from the shortage are the ebayers and the retail shops that choose to sell bundles at inflated prices. Nintento gain nothing

You have no protection with a bank transfer, you have to do your homework and workout whether the seller is genuine or not. Someone who has sold alot of Wii's and has good feedback from the ones they have sold could be ok. I personally wouldn't risk it0 -

I was referring more to the comments further up the board about Ebay not permitting sellers to list the Wii without a paypal option... Is this correct?0 -

Yes, you are only allowed to use Paypal as payment, though what a seller puts in their description is harder to control. Post the seller on here and let people check it out for you0 -

If selling a console on ebay the seller MUST offer Paypal as a method of payment. Don't pay by bank transfer, offer cheque. If they refuse then best to walk away. They are breaking ebay rules by not accepting paypal0
