Personally I would stay clear. You have to ask yourself why the seller won't accept paypal.... an international bank transfer is a bit like saying will you post £250 cash to my cousin in Portugal? I promise if you do I'll send you a Wii:rolleyes: Oh and don't international transfer cost ~ £20:confused:
  • I ordered a wii yesterday from amazon.de, it came up that it wasn't able to ship to UK so I have had it delivered to my company's HO in Amsterdam, whereby they will send it on. I was struggling to find one in the UK so pleased I got one eventually

If you must buy from ebay then I would follow the following

1/ Buy local where you can collect and pay cash. You get your Wii and the seller gets cash

    or

2/ Buy from someone accepting paypal and has buyer protection up to £500 (this also means they have gone through additional checking with paypal)
  • I'm off to Budapest next weekend (Ryanair special!)
What are the chances of buying one there?
  • We're just concerned now as my nephew doesn't want to pay by this method but also doesn't want a negative. He really should have read the listing properly I know but it's too late now.

Can he get Ebay involved if this seller has broken rules by listing the console without offering paypal?

what would be the correct route to use?
