did you get my last pm gismo?
i will look into it. i have just been told it's only for certain ebay sellers. i don't know.
log out of ebay, and then sign in again. see what happens. it should come up with a page saying "NEW.....ebay customer helpline...." and then a london number??0 -
The ebay seller who listed 2 lots of about 80 consoles at £183 (as discussed earlier in this thread) has listed another 80 or so, Item 220173502657, I emailed them and asked if I could collect and pay cash, they emailed straight back and said ‘no cash payment thanks’. I’m sure this has to be a scam which could add up to over £50,000 – not to mention all the disappointed customers. Who should it be reported to though?
report it to law-enforcement@ebay.com - as per earlier post.
this man also sells n95 phones, and has already sold 105 wii's and 17 n95's. around £35,000 already, plus the £14,640 he will net from these sales.
has anyone heard of any lorries full going erm......missing?0 -
I think the number is just for powersellers lucky lady.
There is live help, but that is really only for things like hijacked accounts etc.0 -

Rather than say "10% of the total will go to BBC Children in Need" why not actually use the charity auction system to automatically give 10% to them? In that way then its proof you've actually stuck to your word....
Just a thought.

Thinking of buying off ebay as my shopping trip to Calais was a bit of a disaster!
I'm worried though about the scams.
I have found a deal for around £340 - the console, a Nunchuk and Wii Play - what do others think
The seller is http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/imran1924 - I don't have much experience of buying off ebay but it looks like their feedback is pretty good and seems like they have sold 100+ Wiis on Ebay.
Is there anyone with more experience of Ebay who has any thoughts before I part with my hard earned cash?0 -

I am not a power seller on ebay though. it comes up when I log in.
I have just seen it says "by invitation only, and only for personal use".
seems I am a chosen one on a trial!

Forget it, take advice off here, I have got 3 stock checkers on but these are not totally reliable. I have got the deals i a interested in and keep refreshing these. I managed to get 3 wii's 2 weeks ago and now someone else wants me to get another one. I do think its getting harder but don't pay over the odds0
