Is there anyone with more experience of Ebay who has any thoughts before I part with my hard earned cash?

    hi.
personally, i would wait. there is no mad dash for this yet. my friend is panicking because she has just been let down by the couriers, but if i was in the position of wanting one myself, I would wait and see what happens. I would leave the panic buying until mid december.
it is however easy for me to say as mine have been in the house, wrapped and ready since august.
  • i don't care who it is, i only believe people are donating to charities if they do it via the official channels, missionfish for example. my neighbour does some auctions for the RNLI through missionfish on ebay. the silly thing is, if they can be bothered to donate correctly and OFFICIALLY, they actually get their listing fees for free now, as from 15th Nov, but you have to register the listings as charity based. now, if you are REALLY giving the money to the charity that is claimed, that's not a problem.

ps. don't forget to gift aid. x

Thought I'd give you all a laugh..just received this question...on my now up to £70ish wii

how much are you hoping to sell this for?? more than i paid for it hopefully

and where did you get it from the shop?

and was it from germany lol yes.

    Any ideas for a response?

don't start me on silly questions sparky. i have GENUINELY been asked in the past if I could split a pair of trainers I was selling as the ladies son had lost the left one at school so she only really needed the left one.
