But we are part of a free market called the EU aren't we ?

How come a japanese company can dictate to an american company where and when they can sell their product in europe ?

I'm not trying to criticise but upon deciphering this it appears to say that any action is justifiable if some else is willing to do it. Is that what you really believe?

Will, I have been through it twice,, the second time was actually only a few weeks ago.

And, as there were no funds on the scammers account paypal said they could do nothing untill there were funds back in the account..

Correct, Paypal only refund you if there are funds in the buyers account, or if the purchase is valid for buyer protection,.

Make sure you ONLY pay by credit card through Paypal, then you can also raise a chargeback.
  • can you pm me it thanks
  • The ebay seller who listed 2 lots of about 80 consoles at £183 (as discussed earlier in this thread) has listed another 80 or so, Item 220173502657, I emailed them and asked if I could collect and pay cash, they emailed straight back and said ‘no cash payment thanks’. I’m sure this has to be a scam which could add up to over £50,000 – not to mention all the disappointed customers. Who should it be reported to though?
  • Lol gismo, I've looked & my feedback is better, my stars are pretty good too.

Thought I'd give you all a laugh..just received this question...on my now up to £70ish wii

how much are you hoping to sell this for??

and where did you get it from

and was it from germany lol

    Any ideas for a response?
