the only thing to watch with paypal is that the seller is within the uk, europe, canada and the usa.

Anywhere else and the buyer / seller protection is out of the window

I very much doubt it is genuine but you never know.

By Monday s/he'll probably be 'No longer registered on Ebay' and do a runner with ppl's dough.

I wouldn't chance it.
