Apparently theres around 600 being interviewed for Newcastle, my brother told me as he works there. He told me I might have to do a telephone rolepay as the job is based in the contact centre but since no one on here as mentioned that I'm hoping he's wrong lol

Back from my interview, there was no telephone roleplays thank god haha. Think it went ok-ish, my planned situations didn't really fit well with a couple of the questions though but I did the best I could! My interview didn't last that long though I was the first one out of the group that had gone in at the same time.

I got:
tell me about a time when you feel you delivered excellent customer service
describe a time when you had to gather and use evidence to make a decision
describe a time when you communicated effectively in a group situation
tell me when you have had to share your skills and knowledge with someone else

The share your skills one is the one I forgot. They were tricky to fit scenarios into though weren't they.
