The flowers your parents got look like ones you would lay on a grave.
Folks can rabbit on about T&Cs all they like but a vibrant bouquet was needed not a washed out one. The clue as to what she wanted was in the word vibrant. A poor company will hide behind their T&Cs. A good one will fix what is so obviously wrong in this case.

In the second photo however all the photoshopping in the world could not get them anywhere close to being vibrant.

I agree, so i tried with mspaint instead, I made a few substitutions though, I hope you dont mind :rotfl:

Wow! What a beautiful, vibrant bouquet you have created! Perhaps you should send it to OP ;)

Seriously though, as someone who uses photoshop (graphic designer) I won't pretend that there isn't going to be some elements that are enhanced on the original florists picture, flowers will be made brighter and flaws will be corrected, but even so the essence of what you are getting should remain the same.

Vibrant is a word thats applied to colour and white most certainly isnt colourful.

How are both pics. exactly the same?

I thought you were meaning both of kirsty's pics as she posted two things on the same post. That was because you said the first pic was a bad photograph and the 2nd had been photoshopped. The pic from the website was posted first so was confused how that could be a bad photo. Realise now you mean the website one was photoshopped and not the OP's lol.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Thank you for your mis-spelling of my my name Mimi, I'm almost sure it was unintentional. Just to throw another spanner in, flowers are graded according to quality and florists tend to cost more because we buy top quality, whereas a supermarket or market trader may buy a lower quality. The flowers supplied were of a low grade, hence my previous suggestion that they may be from a supermarket.
Johnny - send me £45 and I will send you a replica of that heap of rubbish so you can talk drivel to it instead of insulting my professional opinions.

All that is needed is a replacement delivered, or a refund. Simple. The substitution isn't even an issue to me, its the fact that the flowers sent are a crock of !!!!!!.

:rotfl: Im sorry!!! I swear it was a complete mistake (I was also on the pregnancy board and theres a poster there called pigpen) got very confused! have changed it now :D

OP - twice you have been asked now whether you have actually asked the florist to deliver again (I know they said for you to collect but have you ACTUALLY said "well no, i think you should re0deliver") but you havent replied . . . .

Lol the original issue from the op was they was blue. We never got the picture until very much later. No one has disputed the fact the flowers were not worth the money so clearly you haven't read the thread properly :-) nope no nerves hit here I'm afraid. Better luck next time ;-) define similar? A rose is still a rose regardless its colour..... Piglet has already listed the flowers both on the website and the ones the op got. They ARE the SAME types of flowers (except the iris) but the stem count and colours are incorrect (clearly I need to keep repeating as people, like yourself, are either not reading the thread or are jumping up and down trying to have the same conversation that we all had 4 pages ago lol)

Yes - because you are not understanding the point "people" are making!!

Actually there is because time and time again, the same thing happens where people blindly make an online purchase then complain aterwards as something was in the T&C's that they had not read.

This forum is full of the same queries so yes, the majority of online shoppers have thick skulls and half a brain. The evidence is there quite clearly.

As I said before, that is a sweeping generalisation and untrue. There is no need whatsoever to be so rude.

Can you honestly say that every time you buy something you read every single line of the T & C's because I do not believe it!!

    OMG, WHY?

Note to the "advisors" on here, you have now wasted this ladies time by talking her into writing a letter to complain because her flowers were a different colour.

This kind of "fight for your rights" cobblers is so last week and is for people with far too much time on their hands. The flowers received were different to advertised as mentioned in the T&C's, that is all. Draw a line under it and move on.

It is not your fault OP, it is the "clever" advice people are giving.

so, you lulled us all into a false sense of relief that you had "signed out on a high"!!!!!!
