    Read back what you posted.

Sorry, but in that area especially, the sort of buyer that would buy that sort of property would more than likely be mortgage free after downsizing to help their kids out. They won't be looking for a 90% mortgage. The property ladder is called so for a reason.

There is no ladder. If you think that... you're deluded.

Of course! All the trees are made of plastic!

I would rather live in Loughton where they have proper jobs, not pretend ones like they do in Wales :D

Houses in Wales are dirt cheap for a very good reason

on Photo 6 is that an ashtray?

    No, it's a teaspoon/teabag holder thing

That's good as there's a house for sale right up your street - I reckon you could get it for a good price as there doesn't seem to be much interest in it so far !

Even at a good price it's well out of my price range! Perhaps I'll join you and the drug addicts deep the Welsh valleys instead :rotfl:

Ok then. With the danger of taking this thread totally off topic.... please do explain what you believe the "housing ladder" to be ?

Start a new thread, I'm sure you'll get plenty of explanations.
