    Wales is a beautiful country - I'd rather live in Wales where they have proper forests not pretend ones like Epping ;-)

    I would rather live in Loughton where they have proper jobs, not pretend ones like they do in Wales :D

    Houses in Wales are dirt cheap for a very good reason :beer:

    That's good as there's a house for sale right up your street - I reckon you could get it for a good price as there doesn't seem to be much interest in it so far !

    Even at a good price it's well out of my price range! Perhaps I'll join you and the drug addicts deep the Welsh valleys instead :rotfl:
