Got one yesterday..well 3 actually...2 others in my office got one...great price..I had to ring round to find it though...this was from york...displaying £69 or £79 can't remember but they are £39.99..we had a staff 10% off to so paid £36 each...Thanks OP

Homebase has a goodmans dvd recorder in for £35, but only does + media.

99% sure the model was GDVD 306 R, £34.99 reduced to half price in the sale. Almost bought one then thought I really don't need one and it's just a waste.

No idea how good it is but it is only +r / +rw but for £35 it's not bad, no idea how they vary stockwise around the UK my store had 20 or 30 of them but it's a newer and bigger store than most.

Thought it had DVI in via a firewire socket on the front panel, but you want to check that before buying. I'm working on memory there

Me and the lads at work just got the last three from any of the Sheffield stores. Great find. Its not the picture above, its silver with a black strip on the front. Not bad looking really.

Just got the last one and it is the DVR3003XI model. Suppose the main diff is I won't be able to use DVD-RW disks on this one but for £39.99 it will do for me!
