has anyone else tried playing anything they on their DVD recorder that they have recorded off their PC? Did it work? I may take mine back tomorrow if it didnt.

It should play discs recorded on your PC as long as you have recorded them in a supported format eg normal DVD format (vob files etc).
Just set your burning software to record in DVD-Video.Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -
Just tested it.. no DivX, no Xvid, VCDs play fine, mp3s are fine.
There you go, it does what it says it does and nothing else0 -

stupid question, but is possible to convert a file from DivX or Xvid into a supported format eg normal DVD format (vob files etc)?0 -
