the multi region hack worked on my 3003 model..... which was posted earlier in this thread......

does anyone else have green lights coming out from the inside of the vents on the 3003 model, and in standby mode?

Does anyone know if you can use dual layer dvds on this unit ? if so would you just record the normal way and just get the extra time? thanks.

This DVD recorder will NOT record to dual layer media (most consumer DVD recorders won't either).

It will play comercially produced dual layer DVDs eg films bought from Amazon etc.

I am 99.99% sure it will not play dual layer media burnt on a computer.

I have checked several stores TODAY and been told that the price for a BUSH RECORDER has now gone up to £69.99

does re-recording onto a dvd+rw disks slowly reduce the quality of the dvd+rw disk?
