does re-recording onto a dvd+rw disks slowly reduce the quality of the dvd+rw disk?

The're supposed to last to 1000 recordings but the most I've had to use them up is about 200 so I can't say wether they will last that long.

All I can recomend is to get good ones in the beginning, I always use Verbatim for DVD RW and Taiyo Yuden for DVD R. For DVD RW especially getting cheap ones is a false economy.

I get most of mine from SVP

I usually wait until they have a special postage offer, about evey 8 weeks.

  • I have checked several stores TODAY and been told that the price for a BUSH RECORDER has now gone up to £69.99
    Is it still a bargain

    checked oxford street today.
    was happy they had it.
not so happy that it had gone up to £69.99 but "down from £80".

  • evening all,

Thinking of taking mine back, having trouble setting it up, also not too happy that its not multi region unlike the 3003 model. However, if i do manage to get it setup, has anyone tried watching films downloaded from the internet? as it states in the user guide that you cant.
  • Not tried yet, i'll throw in some DivX and Xvids tonight and report back...

However, i've got my multi-region DivX/XVid DVD player plugged into this so i can do downloaded film -> DVD :)
  • cheers ringo,

i'll look forward to your response.
  • any luck ringo?
    or can anyone else help?
  • Sorry, car broke down! Not had a chance to watch TV let alone play with my DVD player
