I have used TR several times, and on the rare occasion that there has been a problem, I have found their customer service team to be really on the ball and very helpful.

I have recommended them to a number of people who all have nothing but praise for them.

I am using Travel Republic a lot, however, their cancellation policy is not customer friendly at all; though their hotel rates are ~20% less thank on booking.com
Apart from cancellation never had any troubles with them.
  • i LOVE LOVE LOVE Travel REpublic - booked my last three holidays through them, if i ever have questions/queries then they do everything they can to answer them, the call centre is so efficient and holidays are tailor made. Book book book!
    so far....Radox Waterproof book...10 Business cards (ideal for new pad!)...Fabric samples...Shower timer...Flush saver...Seeds ahoy...
  • I've used TR with no problems, in fact, I saved £600 if I had gone with First Choice to a hotel in Spain.

That was my spending money for the week, :j and I would use them again.
Be happy, it's the greatest wealth :)

try tripbox.co.uk, they are much cheaper, seem to have the best prices and include baggage charge which actually reflect the true cost of the holiday, unlike a lot of other travel agents.
  • Used Travel Republic loads of times and they have always been excellent with etickets and hotel vouchers arriving promptly. I would highly recommend them for price and service. Usually try out e bookers as well as sometimes they have better deals depending on destination.

They are good and they have amongst the cheapest prices - but you an beat their price ;)

    1. Join quidco.com or topcashback.com.

    2. Through the cashback site, go to https://www.hotels.com and book your rooms (Anything on TR is also on hotels.com)

    3. You will get 10-12% cashback on the cashback site.

    4. Use hotels.com pricematch guarantee to match the TR price.

    5. Hotels.com also give 1 night free for every 10 nights booked.

Make sure you read the terms & conditions etc. Its also worth checking travelocity and alpharooms for the price match, as they are also very cheap.

Its a bit of messing around, but its saved me a few hundred pounds!

Thats what price comparison sites such as https://www.roomratecompare.com , https://www.trivago.co.uk and https://www.hotelscomparison.com are for spacemanc - to save you the "messing around" searching through 50 or so different hotel booking sites

Occasionally travelrepublic can be cheaper than any of these above. In which case I have booked through them with no problems.

Normally however, one of the 50 odd sites is cheaper, so I book via them. Its the same hotel room after all.

I have used TR a few times and have experienced no problems. I'd recommend them.
