I've only booked hotel rooms through them, but found them absolutely fine, do what they say on the tin, and their prices were the cheapest for what I was looking for :).

I've used them loads of times - they were great when the volcano kicked off last year and got me all my money back from the hotels i was due to stay at.

One of our booking websites of choice. Never had any problems with them.

Often have unbeatable prices on hotels, less so on flights, but can be used to find the cheapest flight so you can book that elsewhere!

Their flight search engine will find combinations of carriers and different days close to your chosen date, which can be useful and may result in a much cheaper flight if you are flexible.

  • Check out On the Beach http://www.onthebeach.co.uk/?adnetwork=af as well. Similar to TravelRepublic ( though I do prefer TR's layout ) but On The Beach are, more often than not, more competative than TR.

Be very careful if you want to deal with On the Beach. Travel Republic has a much better reputation.

Used TR many times, and like Blue Haddock found the customer service excellent during last year's volcano thingy (was caught up twice, lost the first night at one hotel, full refund for the second). Only used them twice for flights - I usually book the flights then think about accomodation sometime later.
